– As per a usual formalwear purchase, alterations are typically necessary to get the proper fit and not included in the price of the gown.
⁃ We recommend ordering your gown at least 6 months before your wear date to ensure adequate time for alterations after your gown arrives.
⁃ Gowns are all handmade and if not in stock will take up to 4 months to arrive.
⁃ Be sure to measure yourself and compare your measurements with the provided size chart prior to ordering. If you are in between sizes, which is more common, go with the largest size and have the gown taken in where needed.
⁃ If you are under 6 feet tall with shoes on- the gown will be long and will need to be altered for proper length.
⁃ Customizations are not offered as it slows down production.
⁃ Measuring is EASY! Use a soft measuring tape to measure the fullest part of your bust. Bend to the side to find the crease in your waist (smallest part) usually 1” above belly button and measure.
